Description

Looking for Sales Engineer for our client, a leading company in the field of Water and Wastewater Solutions, based in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Duties and responsibilities: 1. Searching for new clients who could benefit from company products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions; 2. Travelling to visit potential clients; 3. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers; 4. Managing and interpreting customer requirements - listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs; 5. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery; 6. Preparing client quotations; 7. Negotiating tender and contract terms, to meet both client and company needs; 8. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions; 9. offering after-sales support services; 10. Administering client accounts; analyzing costs and sales; and preparing reports for branch office; 11. Meeting regular sales targets; 12. Recording and maintaining client contact data; 13. Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; 14. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs; 15. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education; 16. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; Solving client problems and helping in the design of custom-made products Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering Relevant Experience : Minimum 4 – 6 years of experience in similar industry
